- Flowers damaged during transit.
- Incorrect orders, such as wrong bouquet or arrangement.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item for eligibility.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized flower arrangements.
- Flowers not stored according to care instructions.
3. Refund Process
